Andrys has had a life of great tragedy. At the tender age of 8, he was forced to watch his father murder the other members of the family in some dark ritual. He was spared for reasons unknown. Officially, his story was dismissed by the Iomin authorities; the incident ruled an accident that his families estate caught fire in the middle of the night and that he alone managed to escape the inferno.
As an orphan, Andrys was raised by the church until he reached adulthood. He attended the local university where he studied the arts of arcane magic and music. It’s during this time that Andrys made two discoveries; one, that he was an immensely popular and charismatic person, and two, that he held a dark malignant evil in his heart. Several years of difficult studies, Andrys managed to survive to graduation. At the ceremony, Andrys was surprised to see a dark figure in the back of the grand hall that looked out of place. When the person removed his hood, Andrys immediately recognized the face. Their eyes locked and his father smiled ever so slightly. In the time it took him to get to the bench his father was sitting at, there was no sign of him.
Andrys resolved in his new quest, he must avenge his family. Hoping that, with the death of his father, he will sate the evil that plagues his dreams.
